







The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that all premises should carry out a suitable Fire Risk Assessment to identify any fire risks.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies to all non domestic premises. The regulations state that every business must have completed a Fire Risk Assessment of their premises and if there are more than 5 persons employed to work then the risk assessment must be fully documented.
